Wajer Arrives in the Hamptons

Posted Date: June 11, 2015

Wajer has officially arrived in the Hamptons for the summer with a brand new Osprey 38 just delivered from the shipyard in Heeg. The boat is located in Sag Harbor Cove East, underneath The Beacon Restaurant.

The new Osprey 38 motor yacht perfectly combines performance and luxury with all the qualities needed for leisure sailing around the Hamptons. "She’s the BMW 5 series of yacht technology, the Porsche of performance and the Rolls-Royce of quality all rolled into one," said Andrew Parkinson with Yachts International.

No two Osprey 38 yachts will be alike. The options program from the yard in Heeg (Friesland) provides plenty of practical and interesting choices, such as spraying the hull, deck or cockpit in a favorite unicolor or metallic paint. A rear-view camera can optimize the ease of operation during maneuvering or waterskiing, while a high-end audio system developed specifically for the Osprey 38 (including three amps, eight speakers and two subwoofers) can offer the same level of audio quality as at home. “With its unique mix of power, elegance and luxury, the Osprey 38 marks the start of a new and superior class of yachts,” says Dries Wajer.
